Thank you for choosing Annie's Cleaners, LLC! Below are the guidelines we ask our clients to follow. These policies were created to provide a safe environment for our team, set clear expectations for our customers, and ensure that you understand our services so we can continue making your home shine for years to come!
Service Quality Guarantee
We strive to exceed your expectations. Our team inspects the work before leaving your home. Occasionally, something may be unintentionally overlooked. If, after your inspection, you notice any issue, please contact us within 24 hours so we can return and fix it the next day. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to correct any mistakes. Requests received after this time will be handled during your next scheduled cleaning.
Rescheduling or Cancellations
We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least two (2) days in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and keep our team fully booked. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% service fee.
If the cleaning is skipped without rescheduling, the next visit may incur a higher charge due to accumulated work.
For permanent cancellations, we request two weeks' notice.
Temporary Suspension of Services
If you will be away for an extended period, please schedule your cleaning just before you leave. This allows you to inspect the results and be the last person to leave your home.
Home Access
Please ensure our team has access to your home at the time of service. If you will not be present, please deactivate the alarm or provide an access code. If our team cannot enter or is turned away, a 50% service fee will be applied.
Payment
Full payment is due on the day of service. Outstanding balances must be paid before your next cleaning. We will not proceed with further services until the balance is cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $30 reprocessing fee.
Home Preparation
Please remove items such as clothing, toys, and other objects before our team arrives to allow efficient cleaning. If you'd prefer we handle it, additional time and charges will apply.
Irreplaceable, valuable, or fragile items should be stored safely to prevent accidents.
Children & Pets
For safety, children should be supervised while our staff and equipment are present.
Aggressive pets must be secured. While we love pets, we do not clean up after them.
Price Adjustments
Due to increasing operational costs, we reserve the right to adjust our rates annually. We will provide advance notice whenever possible.
Our Cleaning Team
Our cleaning team consists of independent contractors. However, each contractor is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and required to follow all company policies, checklists, and quality standards.
This ensures that every cleaning service meets the high expectations of our customers. They are committed to upholding the professionalism and excellence that define our company.
Team Non-Solicitation Policy
We work with hired professionals who reflect our standards of quality, punctuality, and ethics.
We invest heavily in training and supporting our team. Therefore, any attempt to hire one of our professionals directly (while employed with us or up to three years after their departure) will result in a contractual fee of $2,500.00.
